Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Most services sold at thebrandingbag.co are not eligible for Return.
However, you may cancel your plans at anytime following the first month of service. Please cancel at least 7 days prior to your next billing due date. Your first payment will not be refunded as it accounts for the time we spend setting up your account. If you have sales questions, please contact us prior to purchase.
As it relates to Printing Services, damaged items are eligible for return/refund. Please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt and submit a request for Return.
