Monthly Plans:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Payments made for the current month are non-refundable.
• To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your billing cycle renews.
• Although canceled, you will still have access to our services for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
• Any remaining deliverables created during the current month will be sent to you within 5 business days of the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Plans (Paid Upfront):

• Our annual plans are offered at a significantly discounted rate to reward long-term commitment.
• Cancellations are allowed within the first 7 days of service for a full refund, minus the first month’s payment, which covers setup and planning costs.
• After 7 days, cancellations will result in a prorated refund for unused months, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s payment at the non-discounted rate.
• Although canceled, you will still have access to our services for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
• Any remaining deliverables created during the current month will be sent to you within 5 business days of the end of the current billing cycle.

Printing Services:

• Damaged or defective items are eligible for return or refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to request a return.
• If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
• Returns for reasons other than damage or defects may be subject to a restocking fee and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
